Click Learning believes that, through effective implementation, technology can shift the paradigm and make a significant impact in an efficient, cost effective and scalable manner. The primary focus of Click Learning is the implementation of English literacy and numeracy programmes active in 291 under-privileged primary schools, reaching over 200,000 learners. By deploying tailored online learning programs, Click Learning allows students to work at their own pace, fostering a personalized and engaging learning experience. These programs are powered by technology and supported by unemployed youth, who are trained as facilitators to assist with implementation.

For 13 years, Click Learning has been leveraging technology to transform education in South Africa, growing into one of the country’s largest EdTech organisations.We’re tackling the country’s education crisis with smart, scalable programmes that combine technology and human impact. By helping young learners in under-resourced schools strengthen their literacy, numeracy, and digital skills, we’re building a foundation for long-term success. At the same time, we create meaningful employment opportunities for previously unemployed youth, training them as facilitators and supporting their journey into the workforce. Click Learning is an NGO that helps under-serviced primary schools in South Africa improve foundational literacy, numeracy and digital skills through the deployment of relevant online programmes. These programmes allow young learners to work at their own pace and navigate their learning journey by means of technology. In the process we create jobs for unemployed youth who assist schools and teachers with implementation.

The programme offers learners the opportunity to work at their own pace through fun and enjoyable activities, navigating their learning journey by means of technology. Through these interventions, the Click Learning has also created employment opportunities for over 340 members of local communities and has trained and upskilled principals, teachers and facilitators. Since 2011, Ellerman House has opened its doors to host the annual charity art auction, ArtAngels, for the benefit of Click Learning. Each year’s event includes a limited auction of fine art pieces, kindly donated by some of South Africa’s most revered artists.
